To join someone game go to Multiplayer -> Lan Tab(default). To Host a game, you start the game go to Multiplayer, select Lan Tab(default) -> give your player name, and your server name, then click create. To join someone network in Hamachi/Radmin VPN you click at Network -> Join an Existing Network, then enter the name(ID) and password.

In Hamachi/Radmin VPN application you click at Network -> Create New Network, this will open a window where you enter the name(ID) of your network and password, give the name and password to the people who are going to play with you or your friends so they can join your network.
